i have a 3 year old 24 in imac running 10.5.8 OS X Adobe CS4 and have just bought a 27in Imac running Mountain lion and adobe CS6
I have networked them both and shared my photo folder so that editting can be done in Parallel
Problem is when i look at editted photos from my new imac using my older imac i cannnot see the thumb nail jpg image.i can see the file name but cannot click on it to open it.
However whilst still in Finder i can click on a jpg editted by my old imac and using up/down/left/right keys i can navigate to it and view it using the eye icon i can then right click and open it in CS4
as my new imac is doing more editing them my old mac my photo folders are becomming unusable as i cannot see the images for reviewing using my old mac.
Is this a cache issue or some other OSx issue. All the files are saved as standard jpg files so cannot understand why my old mac wont disply the thumbnail
Please help.
