I am creating my very first Dreamweaver website. I have a page with text in a Div that scrolls. I would like to use a custom scrollbar within that Div (instead of the browser defaults).
http://www.das20studio.com/test6/pages/sutton_street1.html

I have found this jScrollPane jquery scrollbar which I think would look good. (I am attaching an image of what the scrollbar looks like)

However, I have absolutely NO idea how to add the scripts and such into my site.

The info on this page would explain to anyone, who knows anything about coding, what to do... but that's not me. Can anyone explain to me how to add in the jquery script and exactly where to put the jScrollPane.js and the jScrollPane.css, etc? Then will I still need to add in code to make it look like the example I attached?
Here are some links to the jScrollPane site:

If there is any other way of customizing the scrollbar that might work better (or easier), please make a suggestion.
Thanks.
