Looking to upgrade my mom's iPhone 7 Plus. I've been eyeing second hand 13 Pro Max prices (hovering around $500) last week knowing they will drop further a few weeks after the 16 Pros hit the market. Considering a 14 Plus because it has the same CPU but most importantly, it is much lighter than the 13 Pro Max. My mother has no use for Pro cameras or ProMotion and will benefit 10x as much with the lighter phone.
Curious if used 14 Pluses or 13 Pro Maxes will be cheaper on the second hand market? I realize the 13 Pro Max has better features but the used market is a little funky where supply and demand dictate the price more. I'm leaning toward 13 Pro Max being cheaper simply because it is viewed as an "older phone" by the general population.
