Judging from past years, when can you walk in and grab an iPhone 5?

Does anybody have a rough idea of when we should be able to just walk into an apple store and walk out with an iPhone 5?

I walked in after 2pm on launch day and walked out with 2 phones. Right place right time.

12 PM on launch day. Walked in and bought my i5. The Apple store had hundreds available. No problem.

mostly during thanksgiving week +/- one or two weeks.

they really need to have before holiday starts, otherwise they will miss the quarterly estimates very much.
