The physical design is EXACTLY the same as the ip4, so I don't see why it shouldn't.
On the Mophie site, they even have the iPhone 4S listed as compatible now, so you're good to go

I bought a brand new juicepack air (apple edition - available only through their stores) for $88 after tax and used it twice. I'll sell it for $60 shipped if you want it
They're great, I have the air and the plus and powerstation lol
