jump between wifi networks

hello all, maybe someone can help, i have an JB iphone 4s and a new ipad with verizon hotspot. when im at home, i want to use my home wifi, but when away from home, i would like to use the ipads hotspot, is there a way to quickly toggle (some button on the springboard) between the 2 wifi network easily? thanks so much
 
It should automatically connect as long as your iPhones hotspot is broadcasting. That's the way iOS works. As soon as one of its known networks is in range, it will connect to it. All you need to do is make sure the iPhone is broadcasting.
