Jump from Tmo family plan to an individual plan on ATT or Verizon just for the IP5?

As topic states, anyone jumping from a family plan of one carrier and jumping to ATT or Verizon to get an individual plan with the iphone? Or switching entire family over from one to the other?

The question is whether it would be more worth it to solo jump over to an individual Verizon iPhone plan or just bringing the whole family over to Verizon as our contract has expired. Assuming only 1 family member has an iphone nad the rest have basic phones.

The monthly does go down when you add more phones. Just depends on if you want to or not. The better value is bringing the whole family over. And you'll definitely save money if it's only 1 smartphone (iPhone) and the rest, basic phones.
