Carrier Jump on demand worth it?

If you switch devices at least once a year, I think it's worth it. If you tend to hold onto your iPhones for several years, it's not. I've upgraded every year and sold every device, but I'm finding craigslist/ebay or whatever swap trade in places to be a pain.
