Anyone else forced to go into the store on Friday and get the Iphone 6? I really wish we were able to preorder on the T-Mobile website. Also, how early should we be at the store?

You can. Are you using Safari on a Mac? T-Mobile's site is broken. Try it in Firefox.

I signed into my account, but it gives the full price of the phone. As part of the JUMP program, only tax should be paid. Really confused.

I preordered mine on T-Mobiles site the day pre-orders went live. I think pre-orders stopped Sunday night online though?

When you log in, at the top click on Phone. You should see this:

Click on Start Now. Then you'll see this:

At the bottom, click on Upgrade with Jump.
