I've got an M720 mouse connected to my 2018 Mac Mini through bluetooth. It's very jumpy, and it's driving me nuts. Is there a way to force it to connect through the dongle? I if I have bluetooth forget the mouse, it doesn't connect through the dongle.
Can the dongle connect through a powered usb hub? Or the back usb port on my monitor? This doesn't seem to work. But I've run out of USB ports on my Mini.

Thanks.

It should work on any USB port, but it’s possible your mouse has lost connection to the dongle and you’ll need the proper Logitech software to set it back up.
