Hi,

I recently upgraded my OS to 10.8.5 but now when I use zoom it is very jumpy. This is a real problem as I have a visual impairment and I really need to use the Zoom!
It seems generally a bit jumpy but also sometimes the pointer and therefore the centre of the screen jumps to the corner. It is particularly jumpy when using Mail and ICal, I think this is something ot do with notifications coming in as when this happens it always jumps. Don't know how to turn notifications off...oh dear!

Any ideas? Would be very grateful!

Hi,

see in System Preferences / Notifications : select an application in the left side of the window, and select "none" (None/Banners/Alerts) on the right.

Or uncheck "Show in Notification center".
