Jungle Disk and Amazon S3

Hey,

I want to back up 100gig's worth of music on Amazon S3, using the Jungle Disk application. And I have a few questions about both services.

1.) How long will it take to back up 100gig?
2.) How much will it cost monthly.
3.) When Jungle Disk backups up, does it just backup the changes made from the last backup or does it do the whole lot?
