Jungle Sound & Giggles but sound is OFF!

I have the strangest thing going on with my 4S running 5.1.1 (9B206) and Jailbroken. At random times I have this Deep Jungle sound with kids laughing play and I have my sound switch set to off so there should be no sound! It is a various times that are not consistent with anything. Some days it does not go off and then yesterday it went off 3 times.

In Cydia under Manage / Packages I have:

BigBoss Icon Set
Cydia Installer
Cydia Translations
iBlacklist (my reason for Jailbreaking)
Mobile Substrate
Rocky Racoon 5.1.1Unte....
Signal Booster
Substrate Safe Mode

Anything else I have removed. I have powered off an on again and it still happens. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and what I can do to get rid of this sound?
