Junk mail in All folder

Hi.

I don't know what happened but now, my "All" folder of Mail (both OS X and iOS) shows junk mail everywhere.

I think that it just started to show the junk mail after import the account to Mail.

Now, it appears on iPhone, iMac and Gmail website.

Do you know what happened? What can I do?
