I think there was a mail setting way back when, where you could somehow disable mail from going to junk and keep everything in the inbox. I had my mail set up this way for years, on Mac (first on MB Pro, then iMac Pro), and on iPad since 2010, and iPhone now 12Pro). I don’t know when this changed, and I can’t find how to go back to this. My iPad Pro, iOS 16.6.1, went for repair in Nov., I thought it was dead for good, picked up an iPad (9th gen, iOS 17.1.2) and only noticed a few weeks ago that a lot of mail was going into Junk, no rhyme or reason either, same senders, some goes into inbox, some goes to junk on the new iPad only, it appears random. Anyway, since noticing this, Junk folders on Mac and iPad Pro (repaired) are empty, and the Junk mail in the other iPad is nowhere to be found on the Mac and iPad Pro, don’t know where it is going. My iPhone doesn’t even show a Junk folder, and the missing mail is not in the inbox there either.
I would prefer everything went to the inbox on all 3, but if I’m stuck having to deal with a Junk folder, how do I fix this so all mail is at least somewhere on all 4 devices.
