For reasons I prefer not to elaborate on I find myself sitting in my small store room using a late 2009 macBook white. Its 35 degrees outside and I have no air con and only a small window. I am sweating like a pig.

The Mac? Fan does not go above 2,000 rpm and CPU never gets above 60 degrees.

Thermal issues on a Mac? What is that?
