My iMac G5's display burned out exactly one year from purchase. I live in Japan and bought my iMac in Hawaii. I was informed that Desktops weren't covered overseas. I bought Apple Care and am planning on going back to Hawaii for 2 weeks. Now my questions are..
1.) will they be able to fix the display within 2 weeks?
2.) since it is a first generation iMac G5, do you think they might just give me a new iMac G5 if the display cannot be fixed?
I know nobody will actually now the answers to these questions, but just wanted to hear what other people think.
