Has anybody tried waterproofing the sensors with hot wax? Is this even possible?

Anybody want to try? :D
 
people have gotten away with applying a drop of white nail polish on the tripped sensors before they went in before

if you really want to try thats most likely more safe, plus you only have to attempt it if you actually get your phone wet

I've thought about a plug that would go into the headphone jack and iPod connector. What do you guys think of that? I mean, they are two pretty big gaping holes in the device that could collect water and who knows what else. Does anyone make anything like that?

im safe. I have a dock port cover and a headphone jack plug. Aint no water tripping ma phone fool.

I bought 2 sets of iphone 4 ones so i could place them in my ipad too. Worked well.
