It's times like this I miss my cat - in spite of the hair-balls and occasional litter-box "flavor" she can produce...

My kitty would always be awake this time of day - and would be the only one up aside from me.

Matter of a fact, if she were here, she'd be harnessing ME - because I'd be the only "toy" that is still awake to mess with.

I miss my kitty. She was an awesome cat - but I had to give her up to the folks when my apartment didn't allow pets. Now my parents refuse to give her up, so I'm left here reminiscing...

Camera-phone pics of "Tiger" - that name was by coincidence. Makes her a tad cooler in my book, though.

Anyone have a killer pet like that? Keep in mind - pics, or it don't exist. ;)

I don't know what I would do if I did not have a cat to come home to. Of course she yells at me when I get home and does not allow the girlfriend to share the bed, still I have no idea what I would do with out her.

I passed up on some really nice apartments because they did not allow pets.

Common now - 2 views? This has got to be a bad title on my behalf.

Surely more than TWO of us here are capable of admitting we like cats outside of OSX.

Doesn't even have to be cats - whatever pet you favor the most.

No?

Pigs are pretty cool. I got exposed to them for a period of time with my ex - she was pre-vet. They had this massive Boar named "Buster". This pig had the LIFE. I couldn't figure out why he liked people so much more than the other Boars and SOWs there... Until I found out why. He was there for training / study for the students.

The study and his life consisted of:

Eat.
Sleep.
Get (#*$ed off by college kids.
Treats.
Sleep.

Occasional blood draw or stool sample. But from Busters point of view - wow, lucky, lucky Pig.

I never got to know him on the level the students did - but we still hit it off pretty good.

Guy had Bollocks bigger than Softballs, FTR:

That's where she got those big-ole-anime eyes! :D

Seriously - I swear so many Asian things are cuter - ur kitty is no exception, apparently.

I love my two kittens.

The white one is sleeping behind my computer right now. He loves that, for some reason. I just see the back half of his body. The gray one loves sitting on the window and looking out at everything. She always tries to escape whenever we open the doors. I want to try to leash-train her to she can explore outside safely. She loves taking showers, which is strange. The second you turn the water on, she bolts into the bathroom and jumps up on the rim of the tub.

Here is a picture of my cat Orion. Unfortunately he is no longer with us. He lived the life though...

she likes to terrorize me while i exercise, and sleep all over my math books.
and in the winter, when it's cold in my house, she sleeps right in the nook of my knees. (if that made sense)

Orange kittehs have a cool personality! I'm not sure I could live without a pet in the house.

Well - I have house-mates that, on occasion - I think cough up hair-balls - so that might qualify them as "pets."

Not the kind of pet I'd ever scoop a litter box for *shudders* or could easily forgive for sleeping on top of my iMac - but better than NO pets at all. ;)

This thread has made me seriously contemplate stealing Tiger back, Ninja Style. Just roll on down there - say "hi" to mom and dad this Thanksgiving, then let her follow me OUT the door for the first time. (she always tries to leave with me - it's heart breaking) (and she isn't an outdoor kitty!)

Then I could proceed to play dumb with the parents from then on. :D

I could hide her in my room if my parents ever came over - and could blame the litterbox and hair-balls on my house-mates! I think I've got a solid plan going here...

Here's my two. Wouldn't like to be without them. You can guess which one is the ruffian!
