Just an hour!?

Hiya

I have a macbook pro 2.16gh core2duo with 3gb ram. All way fine...until I updated the battery firmware...now all of a sudden im only getting about one hour of battery power! Im realy not sure whats going on

...or is this normal for a year old battery?

Any help most appreciated

try resetting it, let it drain completely then charge it back up

If a re-calibrating it does not work, call Apple. Mine did the same thing and the calibration did not work, so Apple shipped out a new battery to replace the old one. It has been working just fine since then.
