Just bought a 13" mbp but magic mouse lags via bluetooth..

Anyone else have this issue?

I noticed that the magic mouse when in use sometimes lags a lil when the cursor moves.

Is this a known issue? I've updated and everything already.

Mine lagged as well and also the Tracking on it was slow. I got MouseZoom and it solved my problems as for tracking and even the lag behind it.
 
Yea for some reason the tracking would kind of jump once in a while or slow down/skip.

I just went with my wired logitech mouse and all is good again.

Whats weird is that the magic mouse worked just fine with my 17" uMBP. It was smooth as butter, its a shame that it wont work so well with the 13".. I wonder why though.

That is a common "feature" of BT mice. I've had other BT (logitech) in the past and yes they exhibited the similar symptoms. I received a magic mouse for a present, from my wife so I use it but when I need precision, such as when I'm in PS or Aperture I switch back to my wired mouse.

As for battery life, I changed batteries back in January and I've only used 33% and I typically keep the mouse on all of the time.
