Just bought a Bluetooth dongle how do I setup

Here is the model number of the one I have. Wireless USB 2.0 Bluetooth Adapter Class 1 Over 300'. I got it because I wanted to go a little further then the couch with it how do I set it up???? Ty everyone. I pug it in and nothing pops up.

maybe it doesn't support Mac os at all,
