Just bought a new Macbook Air - Need help.

I just bought a used Macbook Air, and i want to format it.
Only problem is that i didnt get the install discs along with me, and i contacted the person and she said she had lost them.

Now im standing with a Macbook Air i need formated, but i cant since they need a special disc.
What can i do?

You can buy a copy of Leopard from Best Buy, Fry's, any Apple reseller or the Apple retail store. You can also call Apple and they may send you the restore discs for a fee provided it's still under warranty.
