I just got it in the mail today.
Still sealed. Have an expensive case coming, too.
It was only $200 from Sprint.

I don't want to spend $1,000 on my next phone.

Should I send it back and get the iPhone 12 mini?

I like that I can lose a $200 phone and not have to pay $1,000 to replace it.

But then again, I want a great phone.

I figure the SE 2nd Gen is new enough.

Any thoughts?

I'd definitely get the Mini.
Fuller screen (if rumors are correct) even though there's a notch it's way better than huge bezels & I believe an OLED screen too.

Oh man. Ok.

I'm chatting with Sprint right now.

I think I want to return the SE 2nd Gen.

I think I have 14 days.

The SE 2nd Gen was only $200 from Sprint.
That is a steal!

Edit:

I just chatted with Sprint - they said I can return the phone to my local store.

Before you return, read more about the rumored mini. You may not be interested & it will cost more than $200!

I can afford an additional $400 over the course of 24 months.

I'm just bummed that I need to return the case from EXOvault.
It's really nice.

$200 lol, they are $750AUD here. I will give you $200 plus $50 postage :)
Yeah, but to get it I had to agree to a FREE additional line.

No cost for the line for the rest of my life.

That is why I have to take it back.

Sprint hasn’t existed for over a month??

If you can wait months for a new iPhone 12...

Go to sprint.com and see where you end up. You’re at t-mobile, not sprint.
All my account information still says Sprint.
I called Sprint customer service and they answer the phone as Sprint.
The confirmation emails I received and all the links to my account and service still say Sprint.

The Sprint website I used to order is still all yellow and black.

The phone came in a Sprint box.

If you want to go to the t-Mobile side, you have to click on t-Mobile.

The transition to t-Mobile still retains the Sprint name and will remain so for some time.

And I believe it requires a 3rd line of service. Terminate any of the 3 lines and the monthly credits disappear.
Or something like that.
The Walmart deal was still the best I’ve seen on the SE2 (for existing AT&T and Verizon postpaid customers anyway). No monthly credits, no new lines. Just straight up $200 discount with installment plan. If you pay off early, it’s still only $200-350 total depending on storage.

Already paid off the balance on mine to free up the line for upgrades just in case Walmart offers similar discounts on the iPhone 12 Mini. If not, then I’d go the IUP route.
