Got it installed and everything is amazingly fast. I love it.

Just a few quick questions:

I activated TRIM using the third party application TRIM Enabler. Is there any word out yet if the new OS X coming out soon will support TRIM for non-apple SSDs?

If so, does anyone think that the TRIM Enabler will cause issues when upgrading to Lion? Maybe someone who has tried the beta (if there was a beta) knows?

Finally, are there any other SSD care/maintenance issues/ideas I should know about? This is my first SSD, so it is a new experience to me. I love it so far, and hope that it will last a long time.

What model SSD did you buy? You may not need trim enabled because certain SSD models have good garbage collection.

Ok this has a sandforce controller, trim is probably a good thing based on what I've read about these controllers. I am not sure if ML will support trim for after market SSD.

Okay.

Thanks for the help.
