Just bought another use iPhone 4

So I bought another iPhone 4 this morning, and I tried to reset everything on the phone without using iTunes and now it has been showing the Apple and the loading white circular thing on the Apple. And it has been like this all day. What to do?

The phone worked perfect before I done this. Phone was also used.

Restore with iTunes.

yes do a restore on itunes or better still a DFU mode restore. use a timer like pwnage tool if you cannot get the timing right. download pwnage tool (i am on mac dont know about u) click the type of phone click dfu and it will beep and time you very idiot proof.

The phone was prob jailbroken before jb phones you cannot reset settings n wipe phone like that.

You can use Redsn0w to help you time DFU mode.

Thanks guys but when I plug in the phone into the computer, the computer does not read it.
