k i just bought the applecare package at my local apple store...

b4 i open the package i just want to make sure of a few things...

1) i am eligible for applecare? i bought my macbook from apple.ca refurbished and only had it for a month...still less than a year...

2) what do i need to exactly to register for applecare...(can someone explain the process)

3) do i need to install nething?

4) ne tips or what i should or shouldnt do?

i got the applecare for macbook which is 299CANADIAN with the student discount it is 218canadian...and i obviosuly have the black macbook REFURB
 
I thought there used to be a link on Apple's site where you can enter your serial and see if you are eligible, but I can't seem to find it. Basically, all you do is go here http://www.apple.com/support/register/ and enter your serial and agreement number and you're set, assuming it is eligible (bought less than a year ago). You don't need to install anything, although it comes with (I think) TechTool Pro.
