Sorry I had to post, I'm so excited!
Got the new 2.0GHz Macbook.
After trying it at a JB HI-FI store, I pretty much fell in love! Haha
Will be delivered probably Monday...

yeah we can make a club, i just ordered mine over the phone, so i should have it within 1-2 weeks. counting down the days .....

The new MacBooks seem to have grabbed a fair number of us new adopters. I have to admit that OS X isn't the beast I expected it to be, in fact it feels a lot like several Linux distros I've played with. Not nearly as bad as people have made it seem.

Hope it comes faster than you're expecting, I paid the extra $13 for the quick shipping and it took from last Thursday to yesterday at 11am for it to arrive to me, yay FedEx:).

You should be extremely satisfied with your new purchase.

I made the move 2 and a half weeks ago. No complaints about a glossy screen and have gone this whole time without even running Windows. I will how well I will get through life without Windows. I am afraid I may have to cave eventually, I will be wanting to do some .Net development at home eventually.

i just adobted one too.

only that im having a little problem trying to connect to the windows networked Printer.

switch was quite easy. only problem with it so far is iTune and Adium crashed a few times due to my usage of japanese and cantonese on the english system with the software.

no other big drama. any recommended software must have??
i just put Fusion on just in case i need windows. didn't bother with bootcam.
is there a need to put a copy of windows on bootcam?
