Brazil
I had bought a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro last year, with a 1st gen Core Ultra 7, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD. It was a very nice laptop, with a beautiful 14-inch anti-reflexive 3K OLED screen. However, it fell short on battery life, and I suppose the PWM flickering at low rates was not very comfortable for my eyes; the keyboard was meh. Otherwise, it was a great laptop. However, about a month ago, I dropped an Aperol Spritz on it, and it turned off and never turned on again.

I then decided to buy a replacement that would be at least on par with it. As the Book 5 was not released in Brazil, and the Book 4 Pro with Ultra 7 is sold out (only the Ultra 5 remaining), I decided to buy something else. As a matter of fact, I ended up buying not one, but two laptops:

  • An Asus Zenbook S14, with a 14-inch 3K OLED display, a 2nd gen Core Ultra 7, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD; and
  • A Lenovo Yoga 7x, with a 14.5-inch 3K OLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD.
A little bit crazy, I know, but I bought them both because they were reviewed by many as being the best Windows laptops available today (and also because one uses an Intel chip, and the other, an ARM). And they deliver! Both laptops are amazing and feel more premium than the Galaxy Book 4 Pro. Battery life is also much better. Here is a pic of them both together:

Please feel free to ask questions about them, as this may be a good opportunity to put one against the other.
