I jsut bought a used iPad 2 64gb 3G on eBay, and I need to know what to do to get it up and running with the 3G.

Do I go to the ATT store and just tell them I want to activate it?

Go to Settings. You can activate and deactivate 3G on your device.

Yep, you can do the whole thing on your ipad without talking to anyone from ATT.
