I downloaded the 4.24GB installer file from the Mac App Store, I ran the file, and now it is stuck on an "Installing files..." load bar. It has been "Installing files..." for four hours. What can I do?

P PhazonUK macrumors 6502 Jun 1, 2010 321 0 Mar 14, 2011 #5 I'm having the same problem. How did you fix it? My install it stuck at around 50%.
