its all good, lcd is not that bad and sound is okay but now the vibration function doesnt work and the sleep button is stuck and it takes a bit of pressure to push it. now this is my second phone and i was wondering if i can exchange it again since these are legitimate defects and not have to go the genius bar?

The vibration function doesn't work at all? You definitely need to take that phone back, but I believe you still have to make a genius appointment again to get it swapped out.
