Just got an iPhone 3gs. Its on 3.1.2 and 5.11.07 with tethered jailbreak and unlock. The guy i bought it did not delete his mail account, pics, contacts etc. I just wanna start afresh. Can I restore it and rejailbreak and reunlock it?

You can do a restore to 3.1.2 firmware using SHSH blobs.
