Just got a new Macbook Pro, how do I remain jailbroken?

I just got a new macbook pro and all my files were on my old computer. I only backed my computer up using time machine, but I don't want to sync my iphone to my new itunes and lose my jailbreak. Is that even possible?

If so, what do I need to do to retain my jailbreak?

how do I avoid that? do they give you an option to upgrade the firmware or does itunes automatically do that?

well 1st lets ask what version firmware is your phone and the model phone you have.

If you have itunes set to auto check it will say you have an update available (if you arent on 3.1.3.) If it gives you that option, just hit no.

I have baseband 5.11.07 and 3.1.2 and it's jailbroken using the Pwnage tool back in October.
