I just got a second confirmation email, almost the same as the first one I received directly after my order was placed but this new one included my new phone #. I ordered at 5:45 EST on 6/15.

Thank you for your order. Your iPhone4 pre-order has been received and is being processed
in the order it was received. You do not need to take any action. You will receive an email from
us if we need any additional information.

You can track your order online by entering your order number at www.wireless.att.com/order_status
or by calling our automated system at 877-782-8870.

Please note: Your order status may not be available if your order was placed within the past 24 hours.

Thank you,
AT&T

Does this mean that my order is just being processed now and is in the back of the line compared to the rest? My order status has said "In Progress" since early morning of 6/15.

Wow, did you really just ask that? Look at the very first line of the email you quoted. Good grief, haha.

I know its being processed, but do you think it'll recognize that the order was put in early, or does it only recognize the order when it goes into processing stages?

Oh alright. It's more than likely just a duplicate e-mail from their servers acting crazy and since your 'order status' hasn't changed or anything, it is likely to be in the same position as it was since the day you ordered.
