It comes with 4.02 already installed....is there a way to take it down to 4.01 again. I hear going to some site and getting the 4.01 and using tinyU can take it down.... Is that sure to work and is it a teethered upgrade... Do I need a pc all the time when the poet goes off like 3GS??

Pectin, assuming you indeed do have an iPhone 4 with the 4.02 firmware installed, you will indeed need to wait on the Dev Team to release the next JB. Sorry. :(

Yes darn I got the new iPhone 4 at the apple store here and all the iPhones here were 4.02 even all newones. Iwent to felix site and saw the bios... Can I use tiny umbrella to update/ downgrade the bios from their site then and downgrade in this instance

nope have to wait till the next major firmware release. there not doing one for 4.0.2 so 4.1 which should be a few weeks away. they already have a couple exploit that hopefully Apple doesn't discover.
