Just got Ipad 2 and have 3 problems..

1. Light Leaking.
2. Came with a small bronze dent at the top right hand corner.
3. When I take the Smart Cover off, The screen has multi coloured line's for about 1 second.

Has anyone else had there problems?

Definitely do that. The lines, I'd say restore it and see if that still happens, but compounding that with a dent and light leak, just go visit an Apple Store or go along to whatever store you bought it from.

The lines even came up when the Ipad wasnt even activated it just said "Itunes". I ordered it offline from PC World and it just came about 2 hours ago.

I'd probably live with everything except the dent as long as it worked for my everyday use. The dent alone would cause me to immediately take it back.

Apple stores should have "brown box" stock of iPads for warranty (read defect) replacement. GO NOW! Take it Back!!!
