You can unlock it using an IMEI unlock service. Look on eBay there's plenty of sellers selling unlocks from $9-$30. I got my 4S unlock that way, for when I sell it soon.

will that work with a uk currier? phone is locked on orange i need a unlock on t-mobile

With UK it could cost more?! U would need to go on ebay for that. Price range above is for the att version.
