Hey guys and girls!.

Well, I just this minute received my FREE (it was a gesture of goodwill from Apple, after having 3 days of stress trying to book a MacBook for repair) Magic Trackpad... and I *love* it.

It's everything I expected it to be (mind you, how different from the MacBook trackpad was it gonna be - I mean seriously?) and a lot more. Working perfectly on 10.6.3 and without the Magic Trackpad update!

Love it, and it's design is simply beautiful! ^_^

So glad to hear; the reviews sound great too. I'm waiting for mine to ship (ordered 6 days ago)!

It's everything I expected - nothing special, but it does what it does well; it tracks... like a trackpad should, but not worth £60 *at all*, and redundant to me. :)

60 pounds? It's 79 canadian dollars here...

I understand why you call it overpriced

£30-40 yes, but it's just too much! (awaits the onslaught of fanboys telling me how "it's worth it", when in really isn't). I see nothing wrong with a good old fashioned £5 mouse, although I must say - I do love the fact that I get one for free with my MB, and it's useful... to a point... and if you don't mind hand cramps! :(
