I've had a helluva day. I picked up my new Macbook Pro and was so excited, it truly is a stunning design - the engineering incredible. Then while setting it up I notice 2 dead pixels. It goes back.
I check the new one out in the store on the loadup screen. No dead pixels. YAY! I set it up, calibrate the battery, and then go to play with my new toy. I noticed a flickering on the screen on the left hand side. It sometimes stopped for a while but never went away. So I am a afraid I have a bad GPU or something. Not only that, the colors appear washed out.
I am so frustrated. I hated to return my other one on account of a couple dead pixels, but I know they would have driven me nuts over the life of my owning the Macbook. Now my second one has flickering white lines and washed out colors.
Is anyone else having the same kind of problems with theirs?
