So, just last night I went to the Apple Store and got myself the brand new 500GB Time Capsule. The regular price for the unit here in Canada is $329 (Canadian). I asked to get the student/education discount and it lowered the price to $275 (Canadian)! I'm just wondering if this is correct or did the lady at the Apple Store make a mistake and give me to much of a discount since on Apple.ca Store when u try and get an education discount, the 500gb TC is $309 (Canadian). Either way I'm very happy since I was planning on paying even full price for this and I ended up getting $54 discount! 
I did my initial restore and left it over night, went very smoothly! I'll play around with it later today and give some feedback.
