I ordered online but I canceled when I notice my closest Apple Store had all the new rMBP in stock. I got the 13" rMBP with 512SSD. It's stock, not BTO. I love it. I prefer the 13", it's much easier to carry and hold. I wish it had the 750M but not a concern for me.
Answering some of the basic questions people have here, the SSD capacity is 499.42GB, and when factory new, everything takes up less than 16GB.
All the new free software are not installed yet, you have to get them thru the Apps Store. When I open the Apps Store, it took me to the page where I could download all the new Apple free software.
This is my first Retina Macbook Pro, so I'm excited.
Maybe I'll post SSD benchmarks here later after I get everything updated and configured. What do you guys use for GPU and CPU benchmarks?
Can anyone point me which software I could use for free to benchmark CPU and GPU? For SSD, I'm using Blackmagic Disk Speed Test.
