iPhone 13 Pro Max Just got new iPhone 13 Pro Max - Apps won't download and some wont open!

I already tried rebooting the phone and re-installing iOS.

My iPhone 12 pro Max worked fine, but recently I got a 13 pro max.

I have two showstopping issues:

1. If I try to download an app from the app store it just spins forever and never doenloads
2. Some apps like Tesla, Google Music, Youtube stay on their splash screens forever, and just crash after about 1 minute

Since it's still happening even after re-installing iOS I think it must be a problem with the phone, but since it's a software bug that doesn't feel right to me.

Is this happening to anyone else on the new iPhone or new iOS?

Defective downloader, they probably forgot to plug it into the main board!

Return it, and get a Pixel 6 stat!

I was having a problem early this PM with downloading apps. Tried a while later and it all seemed to be OK. Wonder if there was an app store problem

it's been happening to me since I got it a few weeks ago

Return it to erase all content and try again

I had this with mine. Just reset the phone and set it up again and has been working fine ever since.
