Just had my first KP, want to prevent it from happening again if possible.

I had safari, iTunes, and parallels open installing ubuntu 9.04(yes 9.04) and I tried it with both an iso and a cd. They both did not work, and eventually it KP'd. Where is the log to find what happened located? Also I am using parallels 3, with the latest update. I just installed it.EDIT: I understand these things happen. I just want to find out what the reason was.

In your Console application there will be a file called panic.log unless you've reset the PRAM recently which will remove that file. At the date/time the issue occurred should be one or several lines indicating what the error was. The Console application is in your Utilities folder.
