Just How Bad Is The Light Bleed On Macbook Pros

Reading one of the other threads I realised whilst looking at the pictures that the light bleed on the MBP from the keys is extreme.
Huh? The light bleed where? From the edges of the keys? Onto the screen? On the ceiling?
If you saw the keys lit up in a photo, chances are it was a long exposure, exaggerating the amount of light they give off.
The keys have brightness control, like the screen.
How do you see the keys then at night?
Come on man. Backlit keyboards haven't been around very long. How did anyone ever see the keys before backlighting was available?
Relax. Buy the computer.
Agreed. This is a pretty new feature anyway and while I think the backlit keyboard is great, just turn it off if you don't like it.
To be honest, I actually prefer the "bleeding" of the keys compared to most other backlit keyboards, where it is just the letter. Am I alone in that?

Nope, I agree because it is nice to be able to see the whole outline of the key instead of just the letter/symbol on the key. Each key has a different shape/size to it.
I wouldn't even go as far to call it light 'bleed'. Clearly, this is not an oversight from Apple.
