Just installed a hard drive in my ibook.. OSX can't see it!!!

I just installed a Travelstar 80GB 7,200 RPM hard drive in my iBook. When I go to install OSX it does not see the drive. The drive is formatted for windows right now so is there a way for me to setup the drive without booting to OSX so I can intall the OS. Please Help!!! Thanks

Oh wow, that was a quicky! What did you do to figure it out?

I used the disk utility on the startup disk to format it ... I forgot that was there haha.
