Just installed ML... and have a few things to say

I just installed dev. preview 2 of ML, and have a few questions...

1) Can I update straight to dev preview 4 from dev preview 2? I'm running software update, but in an hour it hasn't found any system updates.

2) Possibly this is a bug, but when I enable the scroll to open gesture for the dock, which was a trick that worked on Lion, when I have several windows open and I scroll up over a closed app, I get Snow leopard's exposé! Look!

No, you need to get a redemption code from the Dev portal, then download from the MAS to get DP4. And, Snow Leopard-esk expose was mentioned not only in its own thread, but also in the "All the little things" thread, multiple times.
