Just Jailbroke Need Alot Of Help

I just jailbroke my ipod and am using Iphonebrowser as my file transfer client. I'm new to this whole Jailbreaking thing and am stuck on how to add files to my Ipod Touch. I have a theme and don't know how to install it on to my Ipod. I tried dragging it into Iphonebrowser and i don't know where to find it on my ipod and it is rely frustrating me. So if anyone can help id really appreciate it

themes go in the following folder: private/var/stash/themes.xxxx but you will need winterboard installed before you could apply the theme

You go into Cydia then get winterboard. That's where you enable themes

yeah i know all that but i dont have a wifi connection at my house im looking into gettin a Router. But i downloaded Winterboard online and used a online guide for Ifunbox on how to install apps and when i installed Winterboard to were the guide said to place it but it wont show on my ipod and its getting my realy annoyed
