just jailbroken my iphone, how to change password?

I read online a MUST FIRST DO thing is to change something called "ssh password" using mobileterminal. what's the password thing?

also I downloaded mobileterminal, it won't open. I don't know if I messed up my jailbreak ( I didn't do the DFU mode procedures right, but iphone went ahead appeared the pineapple walking thing and jailbroked my phone).

anyone know what's going on.
