Hey, I just lost my F3 Expose key, now when I press it, it doesn't do anything! The other function keys still work, like volume, brightness, etc.

However, I did go into pref -keyboard and I noticed that the box that says

"Use all F1, F2, etc. as standard function keys. When this option is selected press the Fn key to use the special features printed on each key." This box was not checked, (and it sounds like is should be(however I never unchecked it) to use the key as the picture on the key illustrates). So when I checked it, it messed up all my function keys, volume keys were doing something else, not what's pictured on them. So I unchecked it again, and all keys are back to normal, except I still don't have functionality of the F3 Expose key, it doesn't do anything.

What's wrong?

Also, now my mail is opening up in spaces 2, but in the preferences I have it set for space 4. It did use to be space 4, but now it's in space 2 on it's own. I don't know how to get it to space 4 now??? It's already set that way!!

Before, when I could use Expose, I could drag the program from one space to another, but as I mentioned above, no expose anymore.

Curiously, in preferences--Expose it says to activate spaces press F8.
But F8 doesn't do that, it is the play/pause function key for iTunes.
